We like to keep things simple. In order to make an exchange, please follow the return process shown above. You will be refunded once your item has been received, but in the meantime, feel free to place a new order for your preferred item. All standard shipping charges apply for re-delivery.

- First, you will enter your email address & order number.
- You will then see the items from your order. Click the items you would like to return (if an item was marked Final Sale at the time of purchase you will not be able to click the item at this point).
- Answer a few simple questions and submit your request. After your return is approved, you will then receive an electronic return label via e-mail.
- Use the label to send back your package. Once we receive and review your return, you will be refunded to your original payment method.
