We recommend taking a look at our size chart where we have general sizes listed as well as measurements to help choose the best size for you!
If you are between sizes, consider paying special mind to the hip measurement in the chart as we find that is the best measurement to be an indicator of fit. Keep in mind, our activewear products have an intentionally snug fit.
Generally, our products run true to size. If you feel that you fall in between two sizes, we suggest you take advantage of our generous return policy, buy both sizes and return the one that does not fit as well.

Our Kids Line is cut to fit a child's body. Specifically, Kid's Leggings are much shorter in leg length and also wider than the Adult cut and the waistband is shorter. If you fit into the Adult size and are happy with the way they fit, we strongly suggest to NOT size down to the Kids Legging. Instead, we suggest checking out our Sneaker Length cut for the same great fit with a shorter inseam.
K-DEER leggings are meant to fit like tights - so like a second skin. To the touch they feel soft and smooth and when worn they have a balanced amount of stretch and compression. If the high waist rolls down, size up and if your leggings slide down, size down. Please visit our fit and fabric page for more information!

Our returns process is managed through the email address you used to place your order & your order number. Simply start a return by clicking here. Our system works in a few simple steps:
- First, you will enter your email address and order number.
- Answer a few simple questions and submit your request. After your return is approved, you will then receive an electronic shipping label via e-mail.
- Use the label to send back your package. Once we receive and review your return it will be processed as store credit, a refund, or an exchange.
*If an item was marked Final Sale at the time of purchase it will not be eligible for return.
How old are your leggings? Were they damaged as soon as you opened the delivery? That’s horrible! But if it happened then please contact info@k-deer.com.
Have you recently purchased your amazing leggings and the seam gave out? We hope you’ve been giving them a good run for their money and sweating and stretching them in the best high impact ways possible! If you have a hole in the seams after wear and tear, often the best answer is to take them to the cleaners and have them stitched. Spandex is not steel and the seams can eventually give with amazing use! Email us at info@k-deer.com if you want to talk it out and decide a solution that is best for your issue.
Sometimes small manufacturing issues cannot be seen until an item is tried on. If you have tried on your K-DEER and notice a print problem, please contact us by sending an email to info@k-deer.com and we will work out the best solution for the issue.
All manufacturer's defects must be reported to info@k-deer.com within 14 days of your order date.
Manufacturer's defects include tears to the seams and print issues. If you are unsure if you have a manufacturer's defect, please email info@k-deer.com.
At K-DEER we have been working hard to provide you with the lowest shipping costs possible. Unfortunately international shipping of returns is not something we cover.
The good news is we have set up a handful of partnerships with other websites that resell our amazing products all around the globe. Often they can offer better shipping alternatives than we can. If you are worried about return shipping expenses consider looking for a K-DEER reseller in your area.

Our leggings are made from high quality materials that don't pill, stretch or fade. They are moisture-wicking and fast-drying with built-in UPF. Our products are designed, printed and manufactured in the US. All of these factors are built into the pricing of K-DEER products. With proper care, our leggings will outlast less expensive fabrications.
The print placement on all of our leggings will vary. This makes each pair unique and one of a kind! We can not accommodate specific requests for where the print my lays on the leggings.
We like to keep some of our favorite prints in stock - if you want to be notified when your size is restocked click your out of stock size on the product page and add your email address when prompted! If the size comes back in stock you will receive an email letting you know.
Some styles are not restocked for reasons such as seasonality or we just don't have the fabric. These styles will typically be on sale. This doesn't mean they will never be restocked!
We would love to hear from you if you want to see a print brought back. We HAVE brought old favorites back in the past – so never say never. Consider writing us at info@k-deer.com and let us know what made you love that print so much.
K-DEER fabric is made to feel like a second skin. However, we recommend using caution as spandex is not made of steel and can be damaged easily. When exercising in your K-DEER, we suggest being very careful around rough surfaces such as: cycle seats, ropes, grips on weight lifting bars (knurling), and concrete or rough surfaces. We at K-DEER like to think of it as if you were to sit on the edge of a pool with a bathing suit on, the fabric will fray - same concept.
We suggest hand-washing your K-DEER leggings in cold water and hanging to dry!
